is a Clinical Nutritionist and Caterer who lived abroad in Taiwan following the passing of her mother. There she was bestowed the name ‘Chow On’  which means skillful and peace. Javon’s experiences in Taiwan comforted and inspired her to create her frozen food company that beautifully fuses Asian influences egg roll.with diverse culinary traditions. Notably, she pays homage to her family's legacy through her inaugural creation, the ‘Gerts' collard greens and smoked turkey egg roll.

Beyond her culinary innovations, Javon highlights some of her other projects including a cookbook published in 2020 titled  ‘Legacy Kitchen- an inheritance of recipes from my family to yours. Egg Rolls Etc is also being endorsed by the Chicago Bears.  Egg Rolls Etc can be found in selected Chicago-area stores and on their website.
